Shipping and returns

Every piece is printed after you order it, so nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be picked. Here is where we send things, how long they take, and what happens if one arrives badly.

Where we deliver

The United States only, for now. The checkout will not accept an address anywhere else.

We check the address against a mapping service before you pay to help spot location errors. Please still check the street number and any apartment or suite details carefully.

What delivery costs

Nothing. Delivery is included in the price of every piece, at every size, and there is no separate shipping charge at checkout.

Any sales tax due is worked out from your delivery address and shown before you pay. Where no tax is shown, none is charged.

How long it takes

Production takes 2–4 business days. Your letter is printed, and framed and glazed if you chose a frame.
Tracked delivery then takes a further 5–9 business days.
Both are estimates. Carriers, weather and public holidays do as they please, and an address that turns out to be wrong costs more time than any of them.

Who carries it

Everything is printed and dispatched inside the United States, so nothing crosses a border on its way to you and there is nothing to pay on arrival.

Unframed prints travel with USPS Priority Mail. Framed pieces are heavier and more fragile, so they travel with UPS Ground.

Every parcel is tracked. The tracking number reaches you by email as soon as your order ships, and it is on your account page as well.

If it arrives damaged

Tell us within 14 days of delivery and send a photograph. We will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you.

Please look at the parcel when it arrives. Pieces are packed for the journey, but a courier can still put a corner through a box.

Changing your mind

Every piece is made to your order — your letter, your size, your frame — so we cannot generally take one back simply because you have changed your mind. This does not affect any right you have under the law of the state you live in.
